1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Intergro Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website www.intergro.co.za (the "Site") as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms of Use remain in full force and effect.
